BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
The performance of the Village Government employees stated that, previously, the organizational culture that was built in the Ngadirejo Village Government environment had minimal innovation, because employees tended to work monotonously and there was no improvement. The research objective is to analyze Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as a Mediation Variable. The research sample was 58 employees of the Ngadirejo Village Government, Malang Regency. The results of the study explain that leadership style and environment directly affect motivation. Leadership style and motivation directly affect employee performance
